Charges should not be applicable for child upto 05 year's and atleast birthday child should be exempted if age is below 05 year's, i have celebrated 05th birthday of my daughter all things are good but at final settlement when I asked to exempt atleast birthday girl for inr 650 per person rate ,the owner refused the request by saying it is applicable then finally i have to make the payment for 20 persons including birthday girl, out of 20 persons there were 3 kids who charged equally to an adult.
The owner is very rude he was talking to us and with our guest as well like illiterate
At the end of party he was fighting for number of guest, when we asked him to show us cctv footage then he started fighting. He charged extra 4000 from us
He was very rude with our guest as well, our guests are also complaining
He was also not serving the snacks and food in enough quantity
They didn't give is bowl for serving raita, kheer, and other gravy food items.
Services was good, cuisine were also good but one need to get everything in writing while booking nd paying initial amount. Else later on they will change from thr commitment on extra stuffs you hv asked for and will charge it from you... Also ask them have list of attendees with name/ sign else they will increase the count of ppl... Like I had 51 guests but they charged for 55. Note that they are very stubborn and will not bend at any level so... To make sure u don't suffer or hv any chaos... Note the above points before booking... As these are my lesson learn't after my Lohri party on 13-Jan-22
