capability of the management
OUTSIDER/thieves entered INTO THE BANQUET IN PRESENCE OF THE SECURITY. Mobiles and other items have been stolen from guests. items have also been stolen from guest`s vehicle

Very bad experience
Service is very poor. Staff behaviour is worst I have ever seen. Staff / floor manager / operation manager were very rude. Availability of food & drinks were insufficient during our marriage function. Don't waste your money here. Please book some other venue. Maiden Crown won't be able to give you service of rs.1 after paying lakhs of rupees. Washrooms were not very clean.
