Rooms: How many rooms do you have at the property? Any complimentary rooms are provided for the booked event? Room Rates and Taxes?
We have total 27 Rooms. We provide room on additional cost. Starting Rates for Rooms are INR 2500 + taxes.
Music: Till what time is music allowed? Can soft music be played after this time? Is there an inhouse DJ - complimentary or paid?
DJ allowed till 10 PM, soft music allowed after that. There is no inhouse DJ but provide from outside on chargable basis. DJ Charges are starting INR 5000 (depending on availability).
Parking: How many cars can be comfortably parked? Do you have valet service (free/chargeable)?
Upto 50 cars without any problem.
Menu: Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Do we get assistance from your Chef for menu selection?
Yes, you can change the menu one week prior to the event also. Chef will be there to assist for menu selection.
Alcohol: Served? Allowed from outdoors?
We neither serve liquor in-house nor allow from outside.
Decorator: Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of in-house decorator for birthdays and weddings?
Outside decorators are allowed.
Payment: Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?
Yes you may.
Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Advance booking amount required? Cancellation and refund policy?
Minimum of 25% amount is required at the time of booking, no amount will be refunded on cancellation.
Taxes: What are the taxes charged on Food?
Food - 23.125%
