To begin with, you are greeted and treated like a king. They do a fantastic job with painting rosy pictures and do everything possible to screw up your big day, The day!
There's absolutely no coordination and control of the management. Electricity - there are frequent shut downs and thehe generator back up these guys have takes anywhere between 15-20 mins to take charge. Converted the free zone areas of a mall to a banquet. There is absolutely no ventilation whatsoever and you will get drenched in sweat. They'll promise you coolers with ice loaded in it and so on and so forth but the coolers just don't work. During my wedding the mike went of several times and there wasn't a guy to fix it.. We had to run around to get the mike replaced and get going.
Now let's come to the thing that excites us all about attending a wedding, FOOD! The most pathetic food I have ever had in my life, tasteless is the perfect word to personify the quality of food there. Be it the starters, the main course or the dessert not one thing was upto mark. The only thing I personally liked was boondi raita. I'm sorry to be a little exttagaratted but trust me guys such was the experience. Not one person liked the food on a count of 462 plates to be presice. Quality of the food really let all of us down a big time. Marry in a mandir or at roadside but do not book this hall the reason I say so is these guys care for none, money is all that matters to them. Words like customer service, hospitality aren't in their dictionary.
